American rapper and record producer Kanye Due west has released xi studio albums, two collaborative studio albums, one compilation album, two alive albums, one video anthology and four mixtapes. Westward has sold 21 million albums and 100 one thousand thousand digital downloads worldwide.[1] All x of his studio albums take been certified at least gilt in the United States.[2] As of Oct 2021, Due west has certified 25 1000000 equivalent albums units in the United States,[3] placing him amid the highest-certified music artists in the United States.
Westward's debut album The College Dropout was released in Feb 2004, it debuted at number 2 on the U.s. Billboard 200,[4] and was certified double-platinum by the Recording Manufacture Association of America (RIAA) in June 2004.[5] In August 2005, West released his 2d studio album Late Registration, which debuted at number one on the Billboard 200, with first-calendar week sales of 860,000 copies.[half dozen] The anthology was the ninth best-selling anthology of 2005 in the U.s.. In September 2007, W's third studio album Graduation debuted at number 1 on the Billboard 200, selling 957,000 units in its kickoff week, becoming the fastest-selling anthology in the US since Belatedly Registration, and breaking the record for almost digital albums sold in a calendar week.[7] West'south fourth studio album 808s & Heartbreak was released in November 2008, and became his third consecutive number one release on the Billboard 200.[8]
In November 2010, Westward released his fifth studio anthology My Cute Night Twisted Fantasy, which debuted at number 1 on the Billboard 200, with the fourth-highest ever digital beginning-calendar week sales.[9] Sentry the Throne, a collaborative anthology with Jay-Z, was released in Baronial 2011 and bankrupt the U.s. iTunes first-week sales record.[10] Compilation album Cruel Summer released with his label Proficient Music in September 2012 debuted atop the Elevation R&B/Hip-Hop Albums nautical chart.[11] Due west'southward sixth studio album Yeezus was released in June 2013 and debuted at number one in the U.s., Uk, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.[12]

Following multiple delays, West released his ninth studio album Jesus Is King in belatedly-Oct 2019.
